Villa Vista Moraira

Villa Vista Moraira is a new and modern villa only 2kms from Moraira. This villa is spread over three floors, with the lower floor apartment with private entrance, two bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living room with sofa bed, modern kitchen. This apartment is connected via an internal staircase to the upper two floors. You access the villa via the main front door, which leads into the hall, from where there is a staircase to the upper floor and ground floor. From the hall there is access to the very spacious 'living room' which covers the entire length of the villa. With a lovely spacious lounge, dining area and a modern luxury kitchen with all luxury appliances. There is a separate laundry with 2 washing machines and a drying room, both inside and outside. The whole villa is very tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable furniture. On the first floor is the master bedroom and double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. This room has two spacious wardrobes walls and  sliding doors to balcony. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have access to a private balcony or terrace. All shutters are electric and the rooms have build in wardrobes. From the lounge there are several doors to the naya (covered terrace). Here is a modern dining table with chairs. Ample terrace to sunbathe.  Around the villa thereplenty of space and in front a green area. There are no villas in front of you! Parking for 2 cars behind electric gate. There is also alarm at the villa. A splendid villa with all luxury! nearby shops and the village.
