Villa Talya is a beautiful villa which is currently being renovated! The villa is situated on a large plot of 1500m and accommodates 10 people (+ 2 babies). The villa will be ready for lets from in May 2012. The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over two floors. The kitchen is modern, spacious and well equipped. The living room is spacious, with comfortable sofa, and adjacent dining area with table and 6 chairs. There is a lovely covered terrace that runs onto a larger outdoor terrace with BBQ house. Large swimming pool 10x5 with secure steps for kids and ample terrace to sunbate. A outdoor Jacuzzi will be installed on th terrace. The garden is fenced and there is ample parking behind electric gates. Villa Talya is just a few hundred meters away from the nearest supermarket and 2km from the beach, shops and restaurants. Ideal accommodation for larger families. * There are only fans in the bedrooms upstairs and living room. The downstairs rooms are cooler. There may be more fans installed if necessary.
