Villa Salamanca is a spacious villa with three bedrooms, of which a large masterbedroom with adjoining TV room and access to sunny patio, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and two bathrooms,of which one ensuite. A spacious living room with sitting area and a great views from a coffee corner with large chairs. Next to the living room there is an office with desk and a usb stick for te internet. The villa has a beautiful kitchen with dining table and is fully equipped. From the dining room there is access to one of the many suny terraces. There is a separate apartment as an underbuild. This apartment is very spacious, has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. This apartment is comfortable and has its own terrace. There is a large garden with play area for children, spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and large table with chairs. The pool is next to the outdoor kitchen is very spacious and 11x5! Again a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is parking for 1 large or 2 small cars behind locked gate.
