Villa Montgo Denia is located on the outskirts of Denia center in a cozy and quiet urbanization with stunning views to the Montgo (Elephant Mountain). The house is spread over two floors with on the ground floor a large entrance, comfortable and spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern luxury kitchen and 2 dining rooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom with large bathroom with Jacuzzi. From this floor there is a spiral staircase to the roof terrace with sunbeds and a Jacuzzi that fits 4 comfortably. From the Jacuzzi you can enjoy the stunning 360 degree views to the Montgo mountain and Denia. The villa has a spacious garden all around. With grass, several terraces, a BBQ and private parking. The garden is beautifully decorated and offers much privacy. There is even a tree house for the children. And of course a private pool.
