Villa Cap Marti is just 5 minutes drive from El Arenal beach in Javea. A beautiful villa with Mediterranean garden with palms and beautiful vegetation and an amazing view that contributes to the ultimate luxury holiday experience! Entrance via a staircase which leads up the garden by the pool with BBQ, spacious terrace with garden furniture and a nice outdoor kitchen / naya with table and chairs. Here is a refrigerator and senseo machine. The pool is heated (only to prolong the season *), and offers easy access. The terrace around the pool has non-slip tiles for more security. From the naya direct access to the two bedrooms and bathrooms which are located downstairs. There is no air-conditioning in these bedrooms but fans. From the hall way downstairs there is a staircase to the main floor of the house. A spacious dining room with table and chairs next to a simple but very complete kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the large and sunny terrace behind the house, which is the beste terrace to sit and enjoy the wintersun.  The dining room adjoins the lounge / living room with NL TV, stereo, wifi internet and a study with desk and electric sunroof for a nice breeze or extra light.

There is a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a cozy lounge area in the glass room, from where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and Javea. There is air conditioning on the entire top floor and central heating for in winter. The are several terraces around the villa and it has the right ingredients for a great holiday in Javea, all year round. There is parking for one car in closed garage. Please note, this property is not ideal for elderly / disabled access due to stairs  * Additional charges apply
