Villa Ancla

Villa Ancla is a beautiful totally renovated villa in the residential urbanisation called Portichol in Javea. This house is furnished to high standard, which shows everywhere. From bedding to furniture, everything is from excellent quality. The villa is beautifully decorated with Oriental art and woodwork. All rooms are very spacious and (almost all) have sea views. There are several lounge areas, both inside and outside the house. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning and central heating. The living room has a fireplace and large LCD TV with European channels. The kitchen is very complete with all appliances and tableware. There are two pools (heated) and a spacious terrace with lounges for sunbathing. There is a large private garden with palmtrees and other mediterranean plants. Within 2 minutes drive from the beach Portichol where you can enjoy a delicious paella at a typical Spanish restaurant on the beach! There is a possibility for 2 extra beds.
There is a cot available. During your stay you can use a babysitting service. There is a table tennis table available and on request you can use the tennis court. Final cleaning, electricity and eindwas included in the rent!

All our homes are equipped with towels and sheets. (except beach towels)
