This spacious apartment has one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A spacious living room, dining area and kitchen. This apartment is comfortable and has a sunny private terrace. There is a large garden with play area for children, spacious outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and large table with chairs. The pool is next to the outdoor kitchen is very spacious and 11x5! Again a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is parking for 1 large or 2 small cars behind locked gate. The garden is fenced. The apartment is only available for lets when the upstairs (or entire villa) has not been booked. If you want to stay over winter, please contact for prices. You can rent a Salamanca Villa entirely only the upper floor or ust the aparonly the upper level or just below the apartment (as described above). We can provide baby beds and high chairs on request (extra charge)

All our homes are equipped with towels and sheets. (except beach towels)
