Casa Arbelina 2 is the lower apartment in Villa Arbelina, a larger villa that consists of two similar size apartments. Located in a quiet urbanization just a few minutes drive from the beach andtown! The apartment has one bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a spacious living room (comfortable) sofa bed, kitchenette and dining table with chairs. Beautiful large plasma TV with DVD player. From the living room direct access to private terrace (covered) and from there directly onto the large terrace which is shared with potential tenants above, but large enough for everyone to enjoy the sun. Ideal holiday home and also suitable for winter!
