Casa Arbelina 1 is an apartment in a villa with another apartment below. The villa is located in a nice urbanization with a pool and stunning views to Moraira and the sea. The apartment is on the top floor (from the road, the  main floor) and has two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen with bar, dining area and comfortable sitting area with TV and DVD player. There is a music system for ipod / iphone and wifi internet. From the living room access to covered terrace with table and chairs and sunblind for the summer months. Via a small staircase on the side of the house there is access to the terrace that belongs to the villa (thus also be used by any tenants below). There's a BBQ and sun beds and dining table with chairs and parasol. From this terrace there is direct access to the pool with children's area and deep bath. The garden and terrace has a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere thanks to the planting of fruit trees and palms. In short, an ideal holiday home with breathtaking views.
